An important factor in the preparation of homemade yogurt is the good washing of the dishes that you will use when fermenting it.

The lyophilized leaves of damascene rose will be combined with the healing properties of Bulgarian yogurt. A healthy combination of lactic acid microorganisms that favor the gastrointestinal flora and lyophilized natural rose leaf that has an anti-toxic effect on the liver. The idea is to combine these unique, world-famous Bulgarian products in one, so as to strengthen their beneficial effect on the human body.

Content of the starter: Lyophilized rose leaf, multi-strain Lactobacillus Bulgaricus and Streptococcus Thermofilus, isolated from the Bulgarian nature and specially selected for homemade yoghurt preparation.
